A collaboration with Herbal Infusion. This workshop we will learn and collect edible plants of the TERRAS DE SICÓ region. We will start the day with a walk around the different areas around Condeixa to identify and collect edible plants. Back at the kitchen we will learn how to prepare them and collaborate making a delicious lunch. Each participant will go home with a booklet with identification of plants and recipes. The day will include lunch with our own collected wild herbs and of course Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
